Atlanta Land Brokers was founded in 2004 by Hans Almering as a conduit for land and timber investments of Dutch pension funds.
In 2014, Haas & Dodd Realty Company, Atlanta's oldest continuously operating real estate company, merged its real estate brokerage services with Atlanta Land Brokers. We will continue to use Haas & Dodd's motto "Service Beyond the Contract", which served so well for over 130 years.
Atlanta land Brokers seeks to identify undervalued land in the path of growth and timberlands for our domestic and overseas investors.
Our focus is on high quality timber properties ranging in size from several hundred acres up to fifty thousand acres. Any location in the Southeast (Virginia to Texas) is acceptable, as long as the timber markets are competitive.
Our clients' funds are in place, thus permitting quick decisions and prompt closings. We recognize the importance of confidentiality in these matters. To this end, we are prepared to enter into such agreements if you should desire to do so.
